Who can order?
All members, students, staff, faculty and the greater community are welcome to order.
Is there a UW student discount?
Yes! Students, use your Wiscard to purchase a meal at special pricing. Don't forget to bring your Wiscard when you pick up your order!
Are you a UW student facing food insecurity?
Food insecurity is defined as the economic and social conditions that limit access to adequate food. People who face food insecurity do not generally have sufficient resources to access food on a regular basis to sustain a healthy lifestyle—so they might eat lower-quality foods or skip meals entirely.
The Wisconsin Union & Office of Student Assistance and Support will provide a free individual-size meal to UW–Madison students with food insecurities through the Campus Food Access Fund. If this describes you, please order an individual meal, fill out your contact and Wiscard information and select "Yes, I am facing food insecurity." within the order form.
Make A Donation
Customers can add a donation to their orders at checkout to help provide a meal to a student in need.
I have dietary restrictions. Can I substitute menu items?
Please be advised that all meal orders may contain or be in contact with allergens. If you have any questions or concerns about allergens or dietary restrictions, please contact us at conferences@union.wisc.edu. No ingredient substitutions will be made to menu items.
My plans changed, can I cancel my order?
All cancellations and order modifications must be received in writing to conferences@union.wisc.edu no later than noon on Wednesday, November 19. After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Can I donate without purchasing a meal?
Yes! Your gift to the Campus Food Access Fund will provide support for student food-insecurity initiatives on campus, including the Open Seat Food Pantry and the Badger Fare Food Access Program.
Through your support, you can help students have access to healthy, fresh and varied food resources and ensure that no Badger goes hungry. Thank you for your interest. Every gift makes a difference!
When do I pick up my order?
In person pick up is Wednesday, November 26 (11 AM–5:30 PM) at the following location. Please note: the pick up date and time as this is the only time to pick up your order.
