Catering Delivery

We Offer Campus-Wide Delivery

Follow these 4 easy steps to place your order. Click on each step for requirements and further details. 

1. Order your food and drink

Order a minimum purchase of $250 in food and beverages for drop-off service or $500 for full catering service.

2. Delivery fees by location

Let us know where your event will be held. 

  • On campus delivery fee: $50
  • Off campus delivery fee: $200

 Bar delivery on or off campus: 

  • Beer/wine/soda delivery fee: $200
  • Liquor/beer/wine/soda delivery fee: $400

3. Facility requirements & serving ware

Ensure that your location has all necessary tables, chairs, access to running water/electricity, and a food service staging area for full service catering.
The above features and equipment are not provided by Wisconsin Union Catering.

Deliveries include high quality disposable serving ware. China is available at an additional cost:

  • Plated meal: $15.00/person
  • Hors d'oeuvres: $8.00/person
  • Buffet meal: $8.00/person

4. Day of Delivery

Enjoy the delicious food catered for your event with the following delivery schedule:

  • Drop-off (continental breakfast, break, or boxed lunches): arrival no later than 30 min. before event start time
  • Cocktail reception or buffet with cold food items: arrival no later than 1 hour before event start time
  • Cocktail reception or buffet with hot food items, plated meals, bar services, or other complex events: arrival no later than 2 hours before event start time  
  • Requests for China service could require an extended delivery timeframe

Deliveries off-premise (outside of Memorial Union, or Union South) are handled on a first-come, first-served basis dependent on availability on the day of your event.
