Booking for SOAR 2023 will open on April 17. There is no code needed to receive the discounted rate; it will be automatically applied when you reserve Wisconsin Union Hotel rooms during eligible dates.
Campus Visits:
Campus visitors qualify for the visitor rate and can reserve any style of available room for their stay.

Parking: One parking space is included with your hotel reservation. Please note hotel parking spaces in Lot 80 at Union South are available and guaranteed from 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-in until about 1:30 p.m. on the day of check-out.
Check-In/Check-Out: Hotel check-in starts at 3 pm. Check out is 11 am.
