Reservation Policies
The Wisconsin Union Hotel operates on a rolling-year booking cycle. We can accept reservations made up to one calendar year in advance of the date of arrival. (For example, reservations for June 1 of next year may be made beginning on June 1 of this year.) Reservations for special events such as commencement or home football game weekends may be available by phone only. Please contact the Hotel Front Desk at (608) 263-2600 with questions regarding advance reservations.
