Professional Photography and Filming

Non-media professional photographers and videographers, please complete the form before capturing any images or video on Union/UW-Madison property.

Our team will review your form responses and be in contact with you soon. Advance permission is not granted until a member of our team responds with a message granting permission. We may follow up with questions and reserve the right to deny permission or request follow-up actions based on a variety of factors. Please allow at least two business days for a response. This form is only monitored during business hours Monday-Friday.

By completing the form below, you agree that your project will not disrupt the routine functioning of the Wisconsin Union and will not interfere with patrons and their right to privacy. You agree that patrons who are asked to participate or are recognizable in any film/photo activity will sign a release form. Images/videos may not be used commercially by non-UW System departments or entities; this prohibition includes the use of the images for the promotion of a business or non-profit organization.
