Reserve one of the Union's versatile banquet spaces for your event: Varsity Hall, Great Hall, Tripp Commons, or Main Lounge.
Plan ahead with a 30-minute tour with an Event Coordinator of one or more of our Wisconsin Union event spaces. Tours are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM and are based on event space availability.
Whether it be for a movie, presentation, or screening, the Marquee theater at Union South provides a professional, versatile space for your event. Please read the Marquee User Guide before reserving this space.
Wisconsin Union Catering offers Campus-Wide delivery for your event. Deliveries off-premise (outside of Memorial Union or the Red Gym) are handled on a first-come, first-served basis dependent on availability on the day of your event.
Host your run/walk event at the Union, right next to the Lakeshore path along Lake Mendota with great views and great facilities, your race is sure to be a great time! Please review the Lakeshore Preserve's guidelines before reserving these spaces.

Host a group event at Sett Recreation! We can tailor a team outing, teambuilding event or birthday party for your unique needs. "Sett Rec" is most known for bowling, climbing and billiards but also offers board games, video games, a VR headset, air hockey, karaoke and more.
